继电保护运行管理及统计分析系统设计与开发

在分析现有继电保护信息管理软件存在问题的基础上,针对各级调度机构继电保护专业信息管理、统计分析工作的需求,结合目前电网发展形势、继电保护专业技术发展趋势以及继电保护专业自身特点,利用基于Java平台企业版（J2EE平台）和Web服务的综合集成方案,提出并实施了B/S架构的继电保护设备全寿命周期信息管理及统计分析系统。基于调度运行管理系统（Dispatching Operation Management System,OMS）统一平台,遵照DL/T623-2010《继电保护及安全自动装置运行评价规程》的数据规范格式,采用分布式数据库设计方法,利用E语言格式文件进行数据传输和交换,实现了继电保护数据的分布维护、集中共享,为各级调度机构继电保护专业的信息管理及统计分析工作提供了完整全面的专业工具。

Design and Development of Protective Relaying Operation Management and Statistical Analysis System

Taking into account the issues of the existing protective relaying information management software, the requirements of protective relaying specialty information management and statistical analysis from power dispatching institutions, current grid development trends, and technical development trends and characteristics of the protective relaying specialty, this paper proposes and develops a life-cycle information management and statistical analysis system for protective relaying equipments based on the B/S framework using the integrated solution of J2EE platform and web services. On the basis of the dispatching operation management system, according to the data specification from DL/T623-2010 ＂Evaluation Rules of Protective Equipment and Power System Stability Control Devices＂, the system applies the distributed database design methods, develops data transfer and data exchange through files with the E language format, achieves the goals of distributed maintenance and centralized sharing and provides an integrated and professional tool for information management and statistical analysis of the protective relaying specialty.
