摘    要:针对传统营销现场稽查主题定位不准确、管理不系统、稽查问题不具体、未形成有效闭环等问题,建立"三单一结题"常态现场稽查工作机制,创新主题有管理、稽查有目标、问题有分类、整改有依据、成效可量化的营销现场稽查管理模式,实现营销稽查工作精细化管理目标。

Abstract:In light of the problems of inaccurate traditional marketing on-site audit subject positioning, faulty management system, not specific audit issues, not to form effective closed-loop, and other issues, the article established the "three single node title" normal field inspection work mechanisms, innovated theme management, audit targets, the problem classification, rectification based on the effectiveness of quantifiable marketing on-site inspection management model to achieve a marketing audit work fine management objectives.
