生物质电厂炉前给料方案分析

摘    要:随着国内已投运生物质发电厂数量逐渐增多,生物质燃料输送中出现的问题也越来越显著,主要集中在炉前给料系统的蓬料、堵料、结焦等问题上,这些问题导致机组运行不稳定。结合工程实例和生物质燃料特点,给出了4种生物质电厂炉前给料系统方案,并分析了其优缺点,可以为同类型的生物质发电厂的锅炉设计、给料设备选择及机组长期稳定运行提供参考。

Abstract:More and more biomass power plants have been put into operation recently years in China, with the problems of biomass fuel delivery increasing. These problems are mainly concentrated in boiler-front feeding system, such as fuel shagging, fuel blocking, coking and so on, which may lead to unit's unstable operation. Base on engineering examples and biomass fuel characteristics, this paper proposed four schemes for boiler-front feeding system in biomass power plant, and analyzed these schemes' advantages and disadvantages, in order to provide references for the same type of biomass power plant on boiler design, feed equipment selection and long-term stable operation.
