螯合树脂去除过氧化氢溶液中的微量金属离子的研究

摘    要:传统的阴阳离子交换树脂净化过氧化氢溶液存在着金属离子去除不彻底及有安全隐患问题,研究了不同影响因素D401螯合树脂去除过氧化氢中金属离子的规律,研究结果表明:过氧化氢溶液中Ca、Fe、Zn等离子含量大小,对于净化过氧化氢的有一定的影响,特别是采用阴离子交换树脂净化时,过氧化氢分解产生气体趋势增大;溶液的pH值、净化的树脂用量、交换反应时间、交换反应温度等对去除微量金属离子均有一定影响,树脂用量与交换反应时间对净化过程影响较大,而溶液的pH、交换反应温度等因素的影响相对较小,pH值在2~4左右,树脂用量为200~300 mg,温度为283~290 K与交换反应时间1.5~2 h为合适的净化条件;D401可有效去除多种离子共存条件下的微量Ca、Fe、Zn、Al、K、Na等离子,但对于K、Na离子的去除效率不高.与阴阳离子交换树脂结合使用,达到降低过氧化氢的分解和提高净化过程的稳定性的同时,提高净化后产品的质量.

Abstract:The problems that the removal of metal ions and poor safety are encountered when purification of hydrogen peroxide solution is processed by the traditional technologies of anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin.The different factors are explored that the metal ions are removed from hydrogen peroxide solution by D401.The results shows that the purification are influenced by the contents of Ca,Fe,Zn ions of hydrogen peroxide will be increase when anion exchange resins are applied in purification process.The removal of metal ions is influenced by the factors of pH value,dosage of chelating resin,exchanging time,purifying temperature et al.The effect of the dosage of chelating resin and exchanging time on purification is obvious.The effect of the pH value and purifying temperature on purification is minor.The optimal conditions are determined that the pH value is 2-4,the dosage of chelating resin is 200-300mg,the purifying temperature is 283-290K,the exchanging time is 1.5-2 hours.The contents of Ca,Fe.Zn ions in the hydrogen peroxide solution with Ca,Fe.Zn,Al,K,Na ions are effective decreased by D401,The contents of K,Na ions are vary.Combinating anion exchange resin and cation exchange resin,D401 may be used in purification of hydrogen peroxide solution for decreasing decomposition of hydrogen peroxide,increasing safety of purification process,and enhancing quality of products.
