涤纶织物的微凝胶智能舒适性整理

摘    要:以合成的壳聚糖/聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(CS/PNIPAm)微凝胶为整理剂,柠檬酸(CA)为交联剂,次亚磷酸钠(SHP)为催化剂,采用轧烘焙工艺对氨基化改性涤纶进行智能化舒适性整理。扫描电镜(SEM)和电子能谱(XPS)表征微凝胶整理后织物的表面形貌和化学组成变化表明,整理后织物的化学组成中氮元素含量增加,说明微凝胶成功整理到织物上,且形成了一层非均匀排列的微凝胶层;测试不同温度条件下的整理织物的毛效、动态润湿性及水蒸气透过速率(WVTR)显示,整理织物具有温度响应性和智能调节水蒸气透过的作用,有利于提高织物的穿着舒适性。

Abstract:Intelligent comfort finish is carried out on anminated polyester by pad-dry-cure process with chitosan/poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(CS/PNIPAm)-based microgels as finishing agent, citric acid(CA) as crosslinker and sodium hypophosphite (SHP) as catalyst. The surface morphology and chemical structure of the finished fabric are characterized by SEM and XPS, which reveals there is an increase in the content of N element, and CS/PNIPAm-based microgels are successfully anchored in an uneven film on the surface of the aminated polyester. The results of capillary effect, dynamic wetting properties and water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) show that the finished fabric has temperature-responsibility, moisture management and improved wear comfort.
