| 摘 要： | 解放50多年来，北京的城市建设发生了翻天覆地的变化，许多不朽之作在北京诞生。但是近年来，针对北京的规划建设也有一些争议．从分析北京50年来不同历史时期建筑创作的特征入手，将其分为4个阶段，并对今后北京的规划建设提出了见解。

| Abstract: | The urban construction of Beijing has changed greatly during the past 50 years, many enduring projects has been being created. But recently, there are some arguments against the urban planning and construction of Beijing. With an analysis on different architecture design characters in different period, this article divided it into four parts and give advice on Beijing's future planning and construction. |
