镝铁氧体磁流体磁性能的研究

摘    要:用化学共沉淀法制备了稀土镝复合铁氧体微粒,经表面活性剂包覆后悬浮于载液中得到了磁性液体.研究了操作温度、镝的用量、pH值及表面活性剂用量等主要工艺参数对磁性能的影响,确定了影响镝铁氧体磁流体饱和磁化强度的主要因素,并从理论上进行了分析和解释。

Abstract:The magnetic fluid was prepared using the Dysprosium Ferrite particulates prepared by chemical precipitation and suspended in a carrier liquid. The influence of operating temperature, dosage of Dysprosium, pH, and surfactant on the stability of the magnetic fluids were studied . The factors influencing the magnetic intensity of saturated Dysprosium Ferrite magnetic fluid was determined. A theoretic analysis was given.
