摘    要:基于数值模拟的结果,提出了修正基本体群成形面补偿回弹,获得精确形状零件的方法,并描述了该方法的主要步骤。曲面重构是修正时关键问题之一,对简单曲面文章先拟合B样条曲线,再利用曲线扫掠的方法生成曲面,对复杂曲面则直接拟合B样条曲面,以保证曲面的光滑性。抛物面件和球面件多点成形的应用结果表明,该方法可以很好地补偿多点成形中的回弹。

Abstract:A method is proposed which modified the forming surface of element group in the Multi-point forming(MPF) by iterative ways according to the numerical simulation results.The procedures are described,and how to re-construct the modified surface is one of the key problems.For simple surface,the B spline is fitted first,and the surface can be swept with the line;for more complicated surface,the B spline surface is fitted directly.The forming of parabola surface and spherical surface were simulated with the method,the simulation results show that this method can compensate the springback in the MPF.
