不同照明条件下烟叶的视觉反映

摘    要:  目的  为考察初烤烟叶在不同照明条件下的视觉反映, 以期为烟叶评级准确性和自动化提供参考。  方法  运用感官分析技术, 分析了烟叶在3个自然光处理和11个人工照明处理环境中的视效。  结果  ①在自然光条件下, 即便色温的变化较大, 烟叶的视觉反映却无明显差异; ②在人工照明条件下: 当相关色温为5000~5100 K、一般显色指数大于90、照度大于400 lx时, 烟叶的黄色、青色、平滑、褪色、灰色和红色等外观特性的视觉反映接近自然呈现; 当相关色温或一般显色指数超出该区间时, 烟叶部分外观特性的视觉反映将被明显强化或弱化; 当照度低于400 lx时, 视效模糊, 烟叶的光泽度和对比度被弱化。  结论  烟叶评级活动若在人工照明条件下进行, 相关色温应为5000~5100 K, 一般显色指数应大于90, 照度应大于400 lx。

Visual reflection of tobacco leaves under different lighting conditions

Abstract:  Objective  This study aims to investigate the visual reflection of flue-cured tobacco leaves under different lighting conditions, so as to provide reference for the accuracy and automation of tobacco grading.  Methods  The visual effects of tobacco leaves in 3 natural light treatments and 11 artificial lighting treatments were analyzed by sensory analysis technology.  Results  Resultsshowed that: 1) Under natural light conditions, there was no significant difference in the visual reflection of tobacco leaves even if the color temperature changed greatly. 2)Under artificial lighting conditions, when the correlated color temperature was 5000-5100 K, the general color rendering index was greater than 90, and the illuminance was greater than 400 lx, the visual reflection of appearance characteristics of tobacco leaves, such as yellow, cyan, smooth, fading, gray and red was close the natural presentation; when the correlated color temperature or general color rendering index exceeded the range, the visual reflection of some appearance characteristics of tobacco leaves would be obviously strengthened or weakened; when the illuminance was lower than 400 lx, the visual effect was blurred, and the gloss and contrast of tobacco leaves were weakened.  Conclusion  If tobacco leaf grading is carried out under artificial lighting conditions, the correlated color temperature should be 5000-5100 K, the general color rendering index should be greater than 90, and the illuminance should be greater than 400 lx.
