滇西典型植烟区云烟116烟叶工业适用性评价

摘    要:  目的  为科学评价滇西典型烟区云烟116烟叶工业适用性, 进一步丰富烟叶工业可用性评价体系。  方法  分别运用常规26项全指标法和优化后基于10项烟叶品质指标的DTOPSIS法, 对滇西典型植烟区丽江、楚雄和普洱新品种云烟116和当前主栽品种云烟87烟叶工业适用性进行对比评价。  结果  (1) 优化后的DTOPSIS法10项烟叶品质指标成熟度、油分、身份、总糖、烟碱、钾、香气质、香气量、余味和刺激性权重分别为0.0321、0.0285、0.0194、0.0887、0.0951、0.0504、0.2307、0.2307、0.1392、0.0852。(2)滇西典型植烟区烟叶工业适用性云烟116表现为: 普洱 > 丽江 > 楚雄, 云烟87表现为: 丽江 > 普洱 > 楚雄, 三个产地云烟116烟叶外观质量和感官品质间均未达到显著差异水平, 但是普洱烟区云烟116烟叶的油分和色度得分显著高于丽江和楚雄, 工业原料需求符合度总体优于云烟87。(3)本文中基于10项烟叶品质指标的DTOPSIS法与常规26项全指标法对两个品种的评价结果基本一致, 适用于卷烟工业原料品质快速评价。

Industrial applicability evaluation of tobacco leaf of Yunyan 116 from typical tobacco planting area in western Yunnan

Abstract:  Background  This study aims to scientifically evaluate the industrial applicability of tobacco leaf of Yunyan 116 in the typical tobacco region of West Yunnan, and to further improve the evaluation system of industrial applicability of tobacco leaf.  Method  The conventional 26-item total index method and the optimized DTOPSIS method based on 10 tobacco quality indexes were used to evaluate the industrial applicability of Yunyan 116(a new tobacco variety from Lijiang, Chuxiong and Pu'er City), and Yunyan 87(a main tobacco variety), respectively.  Results  (1) The weights of maturity, oil content, identity, total sugar, nicotine, potassium, quality of aroma, volume of aroma, aftertaste and irritation were 0.0321, 0.0285, 0.0194, 0.0887, 0.0951, 0.0504, 0.2307, 0.2307, 0.1392, 0.0852 respectively. (2) The industrial applicability of Yunyan 116 in different typical tobacco-growing areas of West Yunnan is ranked as: Puer > Lijiang > Chuxiong, that of Yunyan 87 is ranked as: Lijiang > Pu'er City > Chuxiong. There was no significant difference in the appearance quality and sensory quality of Yunyan 116 tobacco leaves from the three regions, but the oil and color scores of Yunyan 116 tobacco leaves in Puer Tobacco region were significantly higher than those in Lijiang and Chuxiong, the conformity degree of industrial raw material demand was better than Yunyan 87. (3) In this paper, the results obtained by DTOPSIS method based on 10 quality indexes of tobacco leaves were basically consistent with those obtained by the conventional method based on 26 total indexes, so it is suitable for the rapid evaluation of cigarette industrial raw materials.
