摘    要:  背景  二氧化碳膨胀线燃烧炉烟囱排气温度高、存在异味, 不符合绿色生产要求。  方法  采用余热回收换热和烟气清洗处理两级复合方法, 大幅降低烟气排放温度, 减少颗粒物、二氧化硫和氮氧化物等有害物质排放。通过执行调节控制跟踪核心参数, 解决烟气流量变化带来的压力变化, 使测试点压力稳定在设定值, 保证燃烧炉系统稳定运行。  结果  项目实施后, 烟气排放温度由350℃左右降为约40℃, 颗粒物的基准排放浓度降低80%以上, SO2、NOx的基准排放浓度降低30%以上, 且每小时可提供1.7~2.6 m3的80℃软化水。  结论  本系统能有效降低异味、回收热量, 为同类设备技术改造升级提供范例和技术支撑。

Development and application of compound flue gas treatment system

Abstract:  Background  The carbon dioxide line combustion furnace will produce high exhaust temperature and unpleasant odor when operation, which does not meet the requirements of green production.  Methods  A combination method of waste heat recovery and flue-gas washing was adopted to greatly reduce the temperature of flue gas emission and reduce the emission of harmful substances such as PM, SO2, NOx. By tracking the core parameters through PID control, it was possible to handle the pressure change caused by flue gas flow changes, stabilize the test point pressure at the set value, and ensure the stable operation of the combustion furnace system.  Results  After the implementation of this project, the flue gas emission temperature was reduced from about 350℃ to about 40℃, the measured benchmark emission concentration of PM, SO2 and NOx were reduced by over 80%, 30% and 30%, respectively, and 1.7 m3-2.6 m3 of 80℃ demineralized water can be heated per hour.  Conclusion  The compound flue gas treatment system could effectively reduce odor and recover waste heat, which provides reference and technical support for the technical transformation and upgrading of similar equipment.
