摘    要:综述了电加热型烟草制品中加热器具的能量供应单元及其市场主流技术, 简述了其生产工艺流程, 分析了存在的不足与研究方向。结果表明, 锂离子电池作为电加热型卷烟中加热器具的供能元器件, 具有体积能量密度要求高且大电流放电的特点, 其性能决定了加热器具的续航时间、充电速度、预热等待时间以及使用寿命等关键参数。在进行新型烟草制品研发时, 研究和开发更高能量密度、高充放电倍率以及高安全性能的锂离子电池, 对促进我国新型烟草的高质量发展以及提升消费者体验具有重要意义。

Development and prospect of lithium-ion battery for heated tobacco products

Abstract:In order to promote the development of new tobacco products, the energy supply unit of the heated tobacco products(HTPs)in electrically heated cigarettes and its main market technology were reviewed, the shortcomings and research directions were analyzed, and the production process is briefly described. The results showed that lithium-ion battery, as the energy supply component of the HTPs in the electrically heated cigarettes, has the characteristics of high volume energy density and large current discharge, and its performance determines the key parameters of the HTPs, such as the battery life, charging speed, preheating waiting time and service life. In the research and development of new tobacco products, attention should be paid to the research and development of lithium-ion battery with higher energy density, high charging efficiency, high discharge power and high safety performance, which is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of new tobacco in China and improving consumer experience.
