柚皮生物炭对模拟印染废水的吸附性能研究

摘    要:为探究柚皮生物炭对印染废水的吸附性能,利用水热法炭化制备了柚皮生物炭吸附剂.采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、 X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶红外光谱(FT - IR)对其进行了表征,并考察了吸附时间、吸附温度和溶液初始浓度等因素对其吸附模拟废水中中性红的影响.结果表明:当吸附剂用量为0.09 g、吸附时间为40 min、 吸附温度为30 ℃时,柚皮生物炭对模拟废水中中性红的吸附效果最佳,为54.32 mg/g(模拟废水初始质量浓度为100 mg/L); 其吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附动力学过程遵循准二级动力学模型.

Abstract:The pomelo peel - based biochar adsorbent was prepared by hydrothermal carbonization in order to explore the adsorption performance of pomelo peel on dyeing wastewater. It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X - ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR).The effects of adsorption time, adsorption temperature and initial concentration of solution on the adsorption of neutral red simulated wastewater by the pomelo peel biochar were investigated.The results showed that when the amount of adsorbent was 0.09 g, the adsorption time was 40 min and the adsorption temperature was 30 ℃, the pomelo peel biochar's adsorption effect on neutral red was the best and the adsorption capacity reached 54.32 mg/g(the initial concentration of the simulated wastewater was 100 mg/L). The adsorption of the pomelo peel biochar for neutral red was consistent with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model, and the adsorption kinetic process followed the quasi - second - order kinetics equation.
