摘 要: | 为寻找在CO2-H2S与高温环境下完井工具用的高性能橡胶材料,此文对AFLAS、FKM、HNBR三种典型橡胶材料进行CO2-H2S腐蚀和高温拉伸试验发现:所用FKM的综合性能略高于AFLAS;HNBR的综合性能和高温力学性能要明显低于AFLAS和FKM。以上结果可为高含CO2-H2S高温高压腐蚀环境下完井井下工具橡胶材料选择提供指导和依据。

Research on the Effect of CO2-H2S and High Temperature on the Performance of Completion Tools Rubber Materials |

Abstract: | In order to find high performance rubber materials for well completion tools in CO2-H2S and high temperature environments, CO2-H2S corrosion and high temperature tensile tests were carried out on three typical rubber materials: AFLAS, FKM and HNBR. It was found that the comprehensive properties of FKM were slightly higher than AFLAS. The comprehensive properties and high temperature mechanical properties of HNBR were significantly lower than those of AFLAS and FKM. The above results can provide guidance and basis for the selection of rubber materials for completion downhole tools in high temperature and high pressure corrosion environments with high CO2-H2S content. |
