摘    要:为了安全实现单筒双井低效井槽的再利用,达到油田稳产增产的目的 ,通过校正井口坐标、基准面高度、分析误差对轨迹的影响等措施,精确计算M1和M2S1两口井浅层距离,分析切割打捞作业中可能出现的情况,制定M1井技术套管切割打捞方案,优选切割点、切割钻具组合以及磨铣工具,确保M1井弃井过程中不会损伤M2S1井套管,避免井涌事故...

Twinhole-in-monobore Well Abandonment Technology of Bohai Oilfield and Its Application

Abstract:In order to safely realize the reuse of inefficient twinhole-in-monobore well slots and achieve the purpose of stabilizing and increasing production in the oilfield, the shallow distance between Well M1 and Well M2S1 is accurately calculated by correcting wellhead coordinates, datum height and analyzing the impact of errors on the trajectory, analyzing the possible conditions in cutting and fishing operations, formulating the technical casing cutting and fishing scheme of Well M1, and optimizing the cutting points, cutting BHA and milling tools to ensure that the case of Well M2S1 will not be damaged during abandonment of Well M1, so as to avoid kick accident. The accurate design data ensures the safety of on-site abandonment operations, realizes the reuse of twinhole-in-monobore well slots, and provides technical measures for stable production of the oilfield.
