摘    要:根据混凝土泵车的实际工作情况给出了各节臂架最危险工况下理论受力值的计算方法,应用浮点数编码的改进型遗传算法对混凝土泵车臂架系统的油缸连杆机构进行优化布局.经仿真模型检验,得到满足系统运行特性,且各节油缸的长度及推力均有明显减小的优化布局方案,为长臂架混凝土泵车臂架系统的智能设计提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Based on the actual operations of concrete-pump vehicles, the calculation method for theoretical loading values is proposed under the most dangerous working conditions on diverse booms. Then, the layout optimization on the cylinder-rod mechanism of boom system is developed using the improved genetic algorithm, viz., encoded by floating point number. Through simulation model validation, the optimized layout options are obtained with operational property satisfaction and significant reduction of various cylinder lengths and pressures. Finally, this approach paves a venue for intelligent design on boom systems of concrete-pump vehicles.
