| 摘 要： | 现有开式齿轮润滑广泛采用油雾润滑技术,本文分析了油雾润滑在实际应用的不足。介绍了开式齿轮润滑技术的新发展--无气喷射润滑。重点介绍无气喷射润滑中需要使用的设备,智能无气开式齿轮喷射润滑装置的工作原理和系统组成。对比了无气喷射润滑技术优于其他润滑方式的技术特点。

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the shortages in practical application of Oil Mist Lubrication,which is widely applied in Lubricating Open Gears now.It introduces the new development of Lubricating Open Gears--Airless Spray Lubrication and focuses on the necessary equipment for Airless Spray Lubrication as well as the working principle and system configuration of the Intelligent open gear airless spray lubrication device.A comparison is made between Airless Spray Lubrication and other Lubrication to highlight its superior technological characteristics. |
