| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了“目标导控型”课程模式的产生背景及内涵，结合我校汽车服务专业的课程改革，在汽车服务专业社会需求调查和人才能力要求分析的基础上，设计了“目标导控型”课程模式，制订了“汽车专业人才培养方案”，形成了以就业为导向的人才培养机制。
