高宝金融大厦型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构设计

摘    要:高宝金融大厦坐落于陆家嘴金融贸易区,是一幢42层、大屋面高度180 m的超高层办公楼.采用型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系.其北立面逐层内收,形成凹口.东翼在33层收进.平面和立面的不规则给抗震设计带来很大困难.为控制侧向位移,利用设备层设置伸臂桁架,并且在上部增加剪力墙进一步增加抗侧刚度.文中详细介绍了工程的设计重点及分析方法,对关键连接节点及转换桁架作了详细阐述,为类似的工程设计提供借鉴.

Abstract:Global Financial Plaza,a 42-storey highrise office building,is located at Lu Jia Zui Financial and Trade Zone.The main roof of the building reaches 180 m.Steel-concrete composite frame and concrete tube were used as the structural system.Concave occurs at each floor on the northern elevation.The east wing of the building recesses at the 33th floor.The irregularity of both the plan and the elevation brings much trouble to the anti-seismic design.To control the lateral deformation,outrigger trusses were equip...
