摘    要:针对一种四面均需弯曲的复杂精冲件的成形难点与解决措施进行了详细的分析与探讨,研究开发出合理的精冲复合工艺与相应的精冲连续模,不仅能满足所加工零件的使用功能及尺寸与形位精度要求,而且提高了材料的利用率,为此类零件的国产化迈出了关键的一步。

Abstract:The difficulties and the measures to make such a complicated fine blanking part with all sides bending are analyzed in details in this paper. then,a reasonable combined fine blanking process and the corresponding progressive fine blanking die. are developed. The die not only ensure the functions and the precisions of the manufactured parts, but also improve the material utilization in the production. The work shown here is of much value for domestic companies to make such kinds of fine blanking parts.
