电动单梁起重机不同结构形式主梁性能分析

摘    要:通过对电动单梁起重机2种截面形式主梁的分析对比,箱形梁的截面特性及受力性能比箱形工字梁好,加之结构、加工工艺和工序比箱形工字梁简单,节省材料,而且主梁组装、检测方便,可直接检测出主梁的上拱度、旁弯和车轮垂直倾斜及水平倾斜等技术指标,在实际生产中广泛应用。

Performance analysis of the main girder in various structure forms of the electrical single-girder crane

Abstract:Through analysis and comparison to the main girders of two kinds of cross-section type of the electrical single-girder crane,the paper finds out that the cross-section characteristic and the endurance capability of the box girder are better than that of the box I girder,in addition,the structure,processing technology and procedure of the box girder are simpler than the box I girder,the material can be saved,and the assembly and detection of the main girder are convenient,and the technical indicators such as camber,sidewise bending and the vertical and the horizontal tilting of the wheel can be directly detected,thus it can be widely applied in the practical production.
