| Abstract: | Locking opening and closing of circuit-breaker is a common fault in power system,the operating methods and skills of insolating the locking circuit-breaker are not same in different main connecting mode.Different conditions based on some typical connecting mode in Guangdong power grid are designed,and then the representative operating methods of isolating the locking circuit-breaker are discussed and summarized. |
