基于虚拟仪器的电机电参数测试

摘    要:常见的电参数测量仪存在功能单一、自动化程度不够高等缺点,难以适应大批量自动化测试工业的要求。提出了基于虚拟仪器的电机电参数测试系统,介绍了其硬件结构和软件设计方法,并分析了提高电机电参数测试精度所采用的具体方法。实际测试表明,整个系统具有测试精度高、速度快、开发周期短、自动化程度高等优点。

Abstract:The shortcomings of single function and not enough automation degree exist in normal instrument for electric ponameters,the request from multitudinous automatic testing can't be suited.The system which is used to measure electric parameters of motor using virtual instrument was introduced.The hardware structure and software were described in detail.Furthermore,the methods of increasing electric parameters of motor's measuring accuracy were discussed.Experiment shows that,the system has many advantages such as high accuracy,speed and automation,short development period,and so on.
