强化烧结添加剂的烧结试验研究

摘    要:添加烧结强化剂1、2号进行烧结试验,结果表明,无论是四烧原料条件(全粉矿)还是一烧原料条件(配用精矿40%)烧结,均可降低固体燃料消耗,改善烧结矿冷强度,提高烧结矿产量。

Abstract:Experiment is carried out on addition of No.1 and 2 additives into the sintered ore.Results indicate that by adding the accelerators to the sintered ore the consumption of the solid fuel can be reduced,the cold strength of the sintered ore improved and the productivity of sintered ore raised either in the raw material condition of the No.4 Sintering Plant(100 % powdered ore) or in that of the No.1 Sintering Plant(Concentrated ore in 40 %).
