摘    要:用常规浸渍法制备出GaZnHZSM-5催化剂,通过对正己烷的芳构化试验表明其活性高于HZM-5和用常规浸渍法制备的GaHZSM-5、ZnHZSM-5催化剂。用GaZnHZSM-5催化剂对正戊烷、正己烷、正庚烷、正辛烷分别进行芳构化性能考察,在常压、500℃、重时空速10小时~(-1)的比较缓和的反应条件下,碳数越高的烷烃芳构化效果越佳,正戊烷的芳烃收率只达22.91%。在常压、550℃、重时空速0.5小时~(-1)的比较苛刻的反应条件下,正戊烷转化为芳烃的收率可提高到42.12%,C_6、C_7、C_8烷烃的芳烃收率依次为53.21%、55.72%、56.75%。

Abstract:A GaZnHZSM-5 catalyst is prepared by conventional impregnation method. Its aromatization activity for hexane conversion is higher than GaHZSM-5 and ZnHZSM-5 catalysts prepared by the same method. A series of investigation on the conversion of pentane, hexane, heptane and octane to aromatics have been conducted. Under the mild reaction conditions of atmospheric presure, 500℃ and is WHSv=1.0h~(-1), the paraffin having longer carbon chain produce more aromatics, the aromatic yield of pentane is only 22.91%. Under the more severe reaction conditions of atmospheric pressure, 550℃ and WHSV=0.5h~(-1), the aromatic yield of pentane rises to 42.12%, the aromatic yield ofehexan, heptane and octane are 53.21%, 55.27% and 56.75%, respectvely.
