摘    要:揭示了亚当斯公平理论的局限性。从哲学的高度剖析了公平的三个特性 ,即客观性、相对性和时代性。探讨了运用公平理论正确处理员工之间的利益关系和有效调动员工积极性和创造性问题。

Abstract:The limitations of Adams' fairness theory were revealed. The three characteristics of fairness were analyzed from the philosophical point of view, which being objectiveness, relativity and epoch. The problems about how to use the fairness theory to properly handle the relationships between the staff and how to effectively arouse the staff's initiative and creativity were discussed in this article.
