| Abstract: | The kinds of metal in crude oil and their existence state was briefly introduced in this paper. The harmful impacts of metals in crude oil on refinery operations were summarized. Based on the above analysis, the separation technologies for the metal from crude oil were reviewed. The present technical, status of electrochemical desaltification was emphatically discussed. The technical disparity of the domestic with the abroad was pointed out, and the developing direction of the separation technology for the metal in crude oil was suggested. |
