新型海水管系材料HDR双相不锈钢的腐蚀和电化学性能

摘    要:针对新型海水管系材料HDR双相不锈钢的研制和开发,通过冲刷腐蚀,砂侵蚀以及点蚀和缝隙腐蚀电化学试验,研究了其耐海水腐蚀性能和电化学性能,与TUP,B10,B30的耐蚀性能进行了对比,结果表明,HDR很耐流动海水冲刷腐蚀和砂侵蚀,耐点蚀,缝隙腐蚀性能良好,适合作为海水管系材料。

Abstract:HDR duplex stainless steel that had excellent corrosion resistance to seawater was developed It was demonstrated that its resistance to high velocity flowing seawater corrosion and sand particle entrained seawater erosion was significantly superior to that of Cu and Cu Ni alloys The potential time curve of corrosing for this steel in seawater immersion test was measured Potentiodynamic and potentiostatic techniques were applied to obtain its electrochemical parameters of pitting and crevice corrosion The results showed that HDR duplex stainless steel had good resistance to localized corrosion and was suitable for seawater tubes
