萃取精馏法分离焦化苯中微量正庚烷精馏塔计算

摘    要:根据基础研究,提出以DMF为溶剂从焦化苯中分离微量正庚烷的萃取精馏法,并采用三对角矩阵-2NNewton-Raphson联合法对萃取精馏进行了模拟计算,取得了萃取精馏塔、正庚烷回收塔及苯回收塔的操作条件,为分离焦化苯中微量正庚烷流程提供了依据。

Calculation of distillation tower for separatingmicroimpurity of n-heptane from coaling-benzeneby extractive distillation method
Abstract:he extractive distillation method with DMF as a solvent for separating impurity of n-heptanefrom coaling-benzene has been presented based on study on basic data,and the extractive distillationhas been calculated with tridiagonal matrix-2N Newton-Raphson method.The operation condition ofan extractive distillation tower and two conventional distillation towers for n-neptane and benzene re-seneration was obtained by the calculation,and this gave a basic information for separating the impuri-ty of n-heptane from coaling-benzene.
