地面防喷器控制系统改进方案探讨

摘    要:为了解决地面防喷器控制系统中存在的液气管汇繁杂、控制方法落后、维护管理困难、建造成本居高不下、响应时间过长等问题,此文从总线技术和水下防喷器的控制技术入手,探讨并将这些技术运用于常规的地面防喷器控制系统,以期通过适当的改进,能最大限度地减少常规地面防喷器控制系统控制管汇数量,实现多点多地便利操作并有效提高系统响应速度的效果。研究表明,利用新的通讯技术并借鉴水下防喷器控制系统的先进控制技术,对现有的地面防喷器控制系统进行局部或整体改造是可行的、有益的。

Abstract:In order to solve the existing problems in the ground BOP control system,such as the complicated liquid and gas manifolds,backward control methods,difficult maintenance and management,high construction costs and long response time.This paper starts with the bus technology and the subsea BOP control technology,then discusses and applies these techniques to the conventional ground BOP control system.The purpose is to minimize the number of control manifolds,realize multi-point and convenient operation and improve the system response speed effectively.The research shows that using the new communication technology and the advanced control technology of the subsea BOP control system is feasible and beneficial to partial or whole modification of the existing ground BOP control system.
