W4井大斜度定向井钻井技术研究及应用

摘    要:针对北部湾涠西区块W4井大斜度定向井面临井壁失稳、机械钻速慢及储层保护等问题,研究了适用于W4井的井壁稳定控制、钻井液、钻井提速、储层保护等钻井关键技术和工艺。现场钻井实践表明,该套技术较好地解决了W4井钻井过程复杂情况,节约钻时5.25天,较好保护了油气层,获得多层油气发现,测试2层均获得高产工业油流。

Abstract:For the problems such as wellbore instability, slowly ROP, reservoir protection of big inclination directional well on Weixi block in the Beibu gulf, drilling techniques and technologies have been researched including directional wellbore stability, non-sealing drilling fluid system, drilling technology of increasing ROP and reservoir protection. Field drilling practice shows that the set of technology solve the complex process of drilling, meet the requirements of the test, which saved drilling time 5.25 days and protected reservoir better, and multilayer discoveries were obtained on W4, which two testing layers discovered commercial oil flow.
