Abstract:Polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae are the functional active components which have important biologic activity, the research on its biologic activity have been paid more attention to. The molecular structure and many kinds of biological activity of polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae were reviewed in this article. The research direction for the future and the development prospect of polysaccharides of Auricularia auriculajudae have also been put forward.
