| Abstract: | This paper studies cost controlling measures of urban rail transit project at design phase, and mainly introduces some measures, such as adopting rationed design, advocating lump-sum contracting mode of design and construction, implementing standard drawing design, using value engineering principle, and optimizing design scheme and so on, with a view to guide practice. |
