围绕工程项目和建设流程,多层次、全方位地对实施工程质量的监管进行了阐述,分别介绍了设计阶段、施工阶段及竣工验收阶段的建筑节能监管要点,并提出了监管的方法,以期指导实践,不断提高建筑节能工程施工质量。

Discussion on building energy-saving quality supervision

In light of the engineering project and construction procedure, this paper describes engineering quality supervision comprehensively, respectively introduces building energy-saving supervision points at design phase, construction phase, and completion phase, and puts forward supervision methods, with a view to guide practice and to continuously improve building energy-saving engineering construction quality.
