| Abstract: | Combining the current irrigation projects, the paper analyzes the attentive factors in the bidding projects based on the features of the survey and design of the irrigation projects, and points out the further problems and considerations of the bidding work in the survey and design of the irrigation projects, so as to direct the construction of the irrigation projects. |
