| Abstract: | The paper surveys the formation background and the features of the post-colonialism, analyzes the evolution process of the Western and Chinese planning theories, researches the influence of the Western planning theories on Chinese Ones by the comparison of the two, and finds out the future development tendency for the Chinese planning theories. |
