国内注聚井堵塞及化学解堵技术研究进展

摘    要:从堵塞物成分分析、堵塞物成因及堵塞机理、化学解堵技术3个方面综述了近10年来注聚井堵塞及解堵技术的研究与应用情况。现场取样分析结果表明,注聚井堵塞物均是无机物和有机物组成的混合物。堵塞物成因及堵塞机理归纳如下:聚合物吸附滞留;聚合物相对分子质量与储层孔喉尺寸不配伍;地层微粒运移;细菌及其代谢产物;无机物引发的聚合物胶团;聚合物溶液配制及稀释操作不当。关于化学解堵技术,介绍了用于注聚井特别是注聚合物凝胶井解堵的二氧化氯型、非二氧化氯强氧化剂型及不含强氧化剂的3大类7种解堵剂及5个矿场解堵实例。参33。

Abstract:The blockage creation in polymer injection wells and the blockage removal technologies are reviewed on the data published in 33 papers in recent ten years in 3 topics: composition analyses of blockage substances;origination and mechanisms of blockage formation,and chemical ways of blockage removal.The results of analyses indicate that the field blockages samples are all mixtures of inorganic and organic substances.The origination and mechanisms of blockage formation in polymer injection wells are presented in 6 aspects: adsorption and retention of polymers;imcompatibility of polymer molar mass with reservoir pore throat size;formation fines migration;bacterial flora and metabolite;polymer clusters initiated by inorganics;and inadequate procedures of polymer solution preparation and thinning.As to blockage removing technologies,7 blockage removing agents for polymer and,particularly,gelling or gelled polymer injection wells,including ClO2 based,based on strong oxidant other than ClO2,and containing no strong oxidant,and 5 field cases of reservoir blockage removal in lots of injection wells.
