摘    要:采用硫酸盐法,对经焦亚硫酸盐法提取植物多酚后的杨梅树皮和余柑树皮进行制浆造纸试验。结果表明:蒸煮脱木素后,杨梅树皮和余柑树皮细胞得到了分离。分离后的杨梅树皮和余柑树皮在造纸过程中使用,可以缓解纸浆的滤水性能,增加纸张的平滑度,同时还可以提高纸张的柔软性能。因此杨梅树皮及余柑树皮可以替代部分短纤维在造纸过程中进行搭配使用,为保证成品纸张质量,其搭配比例不宜超过30%。

Abstract:Pulping and papermaking experiment of polyphenol extracted waxberry bark and citrus bark was carried by kraft pulping. It was showed that the waxberry and citrus bark cell were separated after delignification. The filtering property could be reduced by using the separated bark in papermaking process while the smoothness and the softness were improved. So the waxberry and citrus bark could replace some short fibre in the papermaking. The ratio should not exceed 30% in order to qualify the paper.
