电阻钎焊AgCdO触头与铜触桥的焊接检测

摘    要:采用电阻钎焊方式对AgCdO触头和黄铜触桥进行焊接,研究了焊接时间对焊接质量的影响,从钎着率、焊缝组织及焊接结合强度3个方面对焊接质量进行了评价。钎着率和结合强度随焊接时间的延长呈增大趋势,但由于超声检测有一定的局限性,钎着率高的触头结合强度不一定好。因此,钎着率不能作为评价焊接质量的唯一标准。

Abstract:The effect of time on the welding quality of AgCdO contact terminal and Cu bridge with resistance brazing was studied,and the quality was evaluated from three aspects,inclnding brazing,the microstructure of bra-zing seam and bonding strength.The welding brazing and bonding strength were all increased with the rise of weld-ing time.Due to the limitation of ultrasonic inspection,contacts with high brazing had low bonding strength,so brazing shouldn’t be the sole criterion for assessing the welding quality.
