| 摘 要： | 由于器件和技术的原因,通信侦察的大功率宽带固态功放对国外有着很大的依赖性。因此,为解决当前的技术瓶颈,探讨了宽带大功率放大模块和大功率分路器、合路器的设计方法。以此为基础,利用合理的散热设计和过热保护电路,设计并实现了一套UHF宽带固态大功率放大器。

| Abstract: | We depend on the foreign technology for the broadband solid-state high power amplifier for reconnaissance and communication.In order to resolve the technology bottle-neck,this paper presents the design method of broadband high power module,high power divider and combiner.On this basis,by using logical cooling means and superheat protect means,we design and implement a UHF broadband solid-state high power amplifier. |
