| 摘 要： | 为了提高地砖质量检测的精度和自动化程度，提出了疵点在线自动检测系统的设计思路、工作原理和软件设计方法。该系统运行稳定，能准确测出直径为0．1mm的疵点，适用于单色砖／花纹砖等多种建筑装饰材料的在线自动检测。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the accuracy and the automation degree of tile detect,the thought,working principle and software design method of automated on - line system for tile surface - defect detection is put forward. This system can detect defects with the diameter of 0.1mm precisely and operate stably. Moreover.it can be widely used in automated on- line defect detection for sorts of building materials. |
