板栗花粉雌二醇提取及分离纯化工艺研究

摘    要:对板栗花粉雌二醇提取条件进行优化,雌二醇的最佳提取条件为:提取温度70℃、提取时间2.5h、乙醇浓度80%、液固比10:1(V/V),用HPLC定量雌二醇的含量为9.72μg/g。AB-8大孔树脂柱层析分离纯化雌二醇,薄板层析和HPLC表征分离纯化情况,其理想分离纯化体系为:洗脱液60%乙醇4BV、丙酮4BV依次洗脱。
