高炉组合式软水密闭循环冷却技术的应用实践

摘    要:阐述了武钢一号高炉循环冷却水工艺技术的新特点,尤其是在国际上首次采用组合式软水密闭循环冷却新技术的应用效果,同时,大胆弃用常规使用的事故水塔和在高炉本体新建无人水泵站,既满足了高炉生产,又取得了显著的经济效益。

Abstract:The new characteristics of the circulation cooling water technology for No.1 blast furnace of Wuhan Iron & Steel Group were presented.Especially the application effects of the new cooling technology of combined-type soft water closed circulation first used internationally were described.And at the same time,the commonly used accident water tower was thrown aside and the unattended water pump station for the blast furnace was newly built,which not only met the needs of operation of the blast furnace,but also achieved obvious economic benefits.
