| Abstract: | In this paper,the organizing and management architecture and systematic methodology for new product development (NPD) in discrete manufacturing system are reviewed.With the characteristics of process industry considered,the prospect of systematic methodology of NPD and its application in process industry are proposed on the basis of its application fruits in discrete manufacturing system. |
