| 摘 要： | 介绍了国际通常采用的一些评标方法，在考虑我国法律法规规定基础上，提出设计施工总承包项目适合采用综合评估法，在具体操作方式上，可以采取一阶段评标和两阶段评标两种方式。

| Abstract: | Firstly some usual evaluation method of tenders were introduced. Then based on the law and regulations in China, it put foward synthesis evaluation method should be adopted in DB total cofatract, so as to the detailed operation form, one phase or two phases evaluation method of tenders may be choosen. |
