AZ91D镁合金在北京地区的大气腐蚀行为研究

摘    要:利用室外大气暴露试验,研究了AZ91D镁合金在北京地区的平均大气腐蚀速率,并与相同条件下A3钢的大气腐蚀情况进行了对比.采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱(EDS)以及红外光谱(IR)等多种现代表面分析技术对腐蚀产物的形貌、组成、结构等进行分析,与A3钢相比,AZ91D镁合金具有良好的耐大气腐蚀性能,具有局部腐蚀的特征。

Abstract:The atmospheric corrosion behavior of AZ91D magnesium alloy were studied by means of the outdoor exposure in Beijing atmosphere.The average corrosion rates of AZ91D were calculated by using weight loss method.Many methods,such as metallographic examination,SEM,XRD,EDS,IR were employed to analyze the surface properties (such as morphology,composition and structure) of the atmospheric corrosion products of AZ91D.The result of the outdoor exposure shows that AZ91D magnesium alloy is resistant to atmospheric corrosion,compared with A3 steel.The atmospheric corrosion of AZ91D magnesium alloy is a localized corrosion.
