摘    要:应用Simplorer电路仿真软件,研究了新型辅助网络软开关逆变点焊电源主要电路参数变化对软开关的影响规律。结果表明,变压器漏感对超前桥臂零电压开关的作用很小,漏感值越大,滞后臂软开关范围越宽。谐振电容越大,软开关范围越窄。等效滤波电感的增加有益于扩大超前臂开关管的软开关范围,但却缩小了滞后臂开关管的软开关范围。在滞后臂辅助网络软开关点焊逆变电源中,随着辅助电感的加大,滞后臂开关管的软开关范围变窄;随着辅助电容的加大,滞后臂开关管的软开关范围变宽。

Abstract:The effect of main circuit parameters on soft-switehing inverter power with assistant network for spot welding on soil-switching range was studied by use of the Simplorer software. The results show that the leakage inductance of transformer influence the soft switching of lagging leg rather than that of the leading leg of inverter, the larger the leakage inductance is, the wider the soft switching range of the lagging leg becomes. The larger the resonant capacitor is, the narrower the soft switching range of the both leg become. The larger the equivalent inductance is, the wider the soft switching range of the leading leg becomes, but the narrower the soft switching range of the lagging leg becomes. For the soil-switching inverter power which lagging leg has an assistant net, the larger the assistant inductance is, the narrower the soft switching range of the lagging leg becomes, the larger the assistant capacitor is, the wider the soft switching range of the lagging leg becomes.
