| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了自动测试系统的原理与内部模块之间的工作过程及系统的总体结构。懈决了精确测量单元等关键技术．研制了一种通用性强，成本低．性能可靠的自动测试系统。经过实验与生产应用，所研制的测试系统适合于半导体行业的实际生产需要，具有比较高应用价值。
