摘    要:节水及废水减排已成为过程工业持续发展的前提之一。运用目标导向的夹点分析技术对过程用水网络系统进行系统地分析,可确定过程用水、再生水用量和废水排放量的最小目标。以固定再生出口浓度为基准,提出确定合理再生流股的方法,基于累积流量一累积污染质量负荷组合曲线图得出最小再生水流量,并运用最近邻算法确定包含再生单元的用水网络。

Abstract:Freshwater saving and wastewater reduction have become one of the premises in process industrial sustainable development.To reach such goal, target-oriented pinch analysis is made to determine the targets of minimum process water usage,minimum regeneration water flowrate and wastewater discharge of total water networks.The aim of this study is to present a methodology which can support to generate total water network of minimum regeneration water flowrate at fixed outlet concentration of regeneration units....
