| 摘 要： | 本文针对通信电缆生产特点,提出了以制造执行系统(MES)为核心的三层结构:企业资源计划(ERP);制造执行系统(MES);过程控制系统(PCS)的电缆生产信息化的实施方案,用于解决电缆生产在现场调度、生产过程控制与质量控制等方面存在的问题,实现按需、定长、准时的生产目标。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an information system for the telecom cable production, which is based on the manufacture and execution system (MES) and consists of three cascades—enterprise resources plan (ERP), manufacture and execution system (MES) and process control system (PCR). The system is useful is solving problems occurring during on-site work deployment, process control and quality management of the telecom cable production so that the objective of custom-oriented, length-determined and deadline-met production may be reached. |
